Find Happiness 5: An Expert Speaks on Avoiding Unhappiness

Last week I had the privilege of interviewing noted Life Coach and friend Miriam Evers. Miriam’s won speaking awards, co-founded a thriving, 34-home, cohousing community, and created over a hundred self-empowerment workshops. In the 30-minute interview she describes in detail how she maintains an even (actually happy) keel when she encounters the routine life situations which typically cause stress. She spells out many methods which you can use right away.

A sample from the subjects she speaks on:

1. How happy she is.

2. How a normal person reacts when a neighbor screams at him.

3. How she reacted when a neighbor screamed at her.

4. How to get into a good mood in a bad situation.

5. How to be in a good mood most of the time.

6. Where to go for further information.

If you feel you’re battered by life, PLEASE listen to this interview and immediately put some of the tips into practice.  They are simple to implement and will generate fast results for you, just like they did for her.

And for the benefit of other visitors, please leave a comment about how you fared… let’s make becoming happy viral!

Hi Lucky,

I see you are still active on Twitter. How’s it going?
Could you please change the link to my website to: http://joyousrenegade.com/
I have combined my website and blog together. I’m actually working on a membership site to be launched under Joy First in a few weeks.
Love,
Miriam
